Clinical Bottom Line: Prehospital TCA has a high mortality and low favorable neurologic outcomes. Outcomes with advanced versus basic life support in blunt trauma. Subgroup analysis on EMS system type and favorable neurologic status were less powered and had much wider CI ranges, making the data much less definitive.
