He leads the new Program in Advanced Gastrointestinal Endoscopy and Endoscopic Surgery at Archbold Memorial Hospital in Thomasville, GA. He was one of the first practitioners in the US of ESD in 2005, the first practitioner of POEM in 2009, and the first practitioner of EFTR and STER in 2012.
