A team led by Eric Christensen, PhD, research director at the Neiman Institute, reported that radiologists interpreted 72.1% of all imaging studies for Medicare fee-for-service beneficiaries in 2022, but that the remaining 27.9% million (72.1%) were interpreted by radiologists.
