Anteroposterior and lateral Tc-99m HDP delayed bone scan shows extensive symmetric skin uptake in lower extremities and distal upper extremities. For all contrast media except for Omniscan, Kanal suggested that people "use as little as possible, such as a half dose." Uptake is also seen in calf muscles, Achilles tendon, and chest wall.
