Locoregional therapies (LRTs) are increasingly utilized to treat hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), with the goal of achieving cure, downstaging, or palliation (1). Regardless of intent, pre- and postprocedural imaging are central to determining disease burden, clinical decision-making, and management (2). After intervention, accurate response assessment requires clear communication and consistent terminology between diagnostic and interventional radiologists.
