Varex commences private $125M senior secured notes offering

Radiology components supplier Varex Imaging has begun a private $125 million offering of senior secured notes. The notes will come due in October 2027, the company said. It plans to use proceeds from the sale to fund the partial repayment of its outstanding convertible notes which are due in June 2025, according to the firm.
