The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) monthly employment report signaled continued resilience in the national labor market. The BLS reported a gain of 263,000 non-farm jobs while unemployment remained unchanged at 3.7 percent. Among the civilian workforce with a bachelor’s degree and higher (the primary target of MRI Network’s recruitment efforts) unemployment continued in what can best be described as full employment at 2.0 percent.
