The patient is pregnant (orange arrows), therefore ionizing radiation with CT scan or fluoroscopy can not be used for imaging guidance. A nuclear medicine hepatobiliary scan was also performed (not shown) and demonstrated no radiopharmaceutical present in the gallbladder due to cystic duct obstruction.
